Sautéed Dried Juliennes with Carrots

Dried juliennes cut into strips

Washed and cut into strips of carrots<

Cut green and red peppers into diamond-shaped slices, cut onion and garlic into small slices

Heat the oil in the wok, put in the onion and garlic and stir-fry

Pour in the dried julienne strips and stir-fry

Put in the carrot and continue to stir-fry
