1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China *** and the country, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China ***, good moral character, discipline and law-abiding.

2. Physical fitness in line with the "general higher education enrollment physical examination guidelines" (Teaching (2003)) of the physical examination requirements, including hepatitis B test in accordance with the "Ministry of Education General Office of the Ministry of Health General Office of the general higher education enrollment of students on the elimination of physical examination of hepatitis B project test notice of the relevant issues" (Teaching Department (2010) 2) document requirements.

3. Candidates' qualifications must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Fresh undergraduate graduates with state-recognized qualifications (including fresh undergraduates from ordinary colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities, and adult higher education organized by ordinary colleges and universities), as well as undergraduate students who are ready to graduate from self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a state-recognized undergraduate diploma or the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees issued by the Ministry of Education's Service Center for Overseas Educational Services before enrolling in the year of acceptance, otherwise the admission qualification is invalid.

(2) Those who have a state-recognized undergraduate degree.

(3) Completed undergraduate students with state-recognized academic qualifications shall apply for the examination as equivalent to undergraduate graduates.
