Stuffed tofu is a Hakka-style dish.
One, about a catty of pork belly, a dozen onions, put a proper amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, and chop them together (I can't remember that word clearly);
Second, buy four pieces of tofu (available in the supermarket), cut the tofu into sizes (as shown below), hold the tofu in one hand and put it in the tofu with chopsticks in the other.
Dig a small hole in the middle and put some meat in it (be careful not to let the tofu break);
Third, put the right amount of oil in the pot, put the soaked tofu in and fry it (be careful not to burn too much, or it will burn easily).
After five minutes (until it is golden brown), turn the tofu over and fry the other side. When it is golden brown (fry a little on a plate).
Soy sauce, pour some salt in) put it in the pot!
