Shaanxi Hanzhong hot noodle soup recipe:
Preparation materials: 20 peppercorns, 4 bay leaves, 5 grams of fennel, 1 grass fruit, 1 piece of cinnamon, star anise 2 green onions, 5 slices of ginger, 2 strawberries, 3 star anise, 4 bay leaves, 35 peppercorns, 1 piece of cinnamon, 2 grams of cooked sesame seeds, 30 grams of chili powder, and 150 grams of rapeseed oil.
1. Put the peppercorns, bay leaves, fennel, grass fruit, cinnamon and star anise into the pot.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, cover the pot and cook for fifteen minutes. When done, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for a while to allow the flavor of the ingredients to soak into the soup.
3. Use thick spicy noodles, cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.
