Exercise:?
1. Wash shrimps, add marinade, stir well, and let stand for 10 minute; Wash cabbage stalks and cut into thick shreds; Slice garlic.
2. Boil a pot of water, blanch the shrimp until it turns red, and then drain the water for later use.
3. Put oil in a non-stick pan, and then saute the garlic slices.
4. Add shredded Chinese cabbage, stir-fry, add 1 glass of water, stew until soft, add shrimps, stir-fry, season and mix well.
