Baby cabbage, millet pepper, onion, minced garlic, Chili noodles, white sesame seeds
Practice:
1. Wash and cut the baby cabbage, add two spoonfuls of salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Wash it after pickling, then blanch it for 30 seconds (you don't need to blanch it if you like raw food, just wash it after pickling and squeeze it out), and take it out and drain it for later use.
3. Add onion, Chili noodles, millet pepper, minced garlic and white sesame seeds, then pour hot oil on the dish.
4. Add three spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of mature vinegar, one spoonful of sugar and one spoonful of oyster sauce, and mix well.
