Egg pancakes
If you don't find hard-boiled eggs enjoyable to eat, try making them into pancakes, and there are many ways to do it: egg pancakes with scallions, egg pancakes with condensed milk, egg pancakes with green garlic, and egg pancakes with amaranth, to name a few!
Egg pancakes are one of the simplest of the many types of pancakes: crack the eggs into a bowl and stir, cut some scallions or chives, add a little salt, the right amount of flour, and then add water (you can also use milk), stirred into the batter, ready pan or electric pancake pan, scooped into the batter, fry until both sides are browned and can be removed from the pan! The pancake can also be wrapped with your favorite fried vegetables!
Of course, although the eggs are delicious, but everything is too much, eat too many eggs will be harmful to the body, an average of 1 ~ 2 a day is good, should not be too much.
