Fried vinegared pork is made in every household. During holidays, my mother will prepare a large plate of fried vinegared pork. She usually cooks it while we eat it, and now my son does the same. Main Ingredients
① 1000g leg meat or (plum meat) ② 250g sweet potato powder ③ 2 eggs ④ 5 ginger slices ⑤ 6 garlic cloves marinade ① 2 tablespoons sugar ② 3 spoons of vinegar ③ 2 spoons of soy sauce ④ 1 tsp pepper ⑤ 1 tsp allspice ⑥ 1 tsp salt
Preparation steps
① Wash the meat and cut into 0.5 pieces × about 3 cm in sheet form.
② Add ginger slices, garlic cloves, eggs, and marinade to the meat, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
③The sweet potato powder is a bit thick, try to use a rolling pin to press it into a thinner texture.
④ Take out the meat and pick out the ginger slices and garlic cloves.
⑤ Pour in the sweet potato powder and the meat and mix well. If it is too dry, add a little water and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 2 hours, preferably overnight.
⑥ Heat oil in a pot and turn on medium heat. When the oil temperature is 7 minutes, add the meat slices to the pot one by one. After the meat slices are set, turn them over one by one. When they start to turn golden brown, turn on high heat and fry. Remove and drain oil after 1 minute. The entire frying process takes about 8 minutes.
Tips
① You can fry more at one time. It can be stored in the refrigerator for several months. You can add more when cooking noodles or soup, or stir-fry.
② If you like to eat freshly fried food, you can make more and store it in the refrigerator. It can be refrigerated for 5-6 days and frozen for 2-3 months. It is still recommended to cook it and eat it now.
③Don’t eat too much fried food, as it can easily cause internal heat.
