1. Put the black glutinous rice flour, milk powder and sugar into the basin together.
2. Add warm water.
3. Stir into a paste.
Brush a thin layer of oil on a flat container and pour the batter into the container. Steam in the pot for about fifteen minutes until it is completely cooked.
5. Take out the container.
6. Sprinkle coconut on the chopping board.
7. Spread the steamed glutinous rice cake on the coconut.
8. Sprinkle black sesame stuffing evenly on it (black sesame is ground into powder and added with sugar).
9. Roll from bottom to top.
10. Cut it with a knife and plate it.

1: It is best to pour the batter into a non-stick container and coat it with a thin layer of oil, so that the steamed cake can be easily demoulded.
2. Choose a rectangular container, so that steamed cakes don't need shaping.
