Steps
1. Prepare a tilapia fish by cleaning it well and slashing the back of fish with a few cuts on the back of the fish.
2. Add salt, ginger, cooking wine, and raw peppers, mix well and marinate.
3. Clean and slice the carrots.
4. Heat the oil in a pan and add the tilapia.
5. Fry both sides, add some bean paste and half a bowl of water to boil.
6. Add sliced radish.
7. Boil until the radish is cooked.
8. Add some chicken essence to taste.
9. Plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
