1, prepare rice

Step 2 Prepare auxiliary materials

3. Stir-fry and grind into powder

First, we fry the prepared rice in a pot for 3 minutes, and then throw it away. Then put the prepared auxiliary materials into a pot and fry for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Pour the rice into the pot and stir well. After cooling, take the powder and grind it. Parents should pay attention to that the powder of baby rice flour should be ground at least three times, because the more times it is ground, the more delicate it is, which is more conducive to the baby's eating.

5. How to eat
