Ingredients: broad beans.
Accessories: onion, garlic, millet spicy, salt, vegetable oil, cooking oil, bean paste, salt, sugar, chicken essence and pepper.
1. First peel off the shell of the broad bean, put it in a pot, and remove the small crescent on it.
2. Then put it in clear water, wash the broad beans and put them in a plate for later use.
3. Then cut the shallots into chopped green onion, garlic into minced garlic, and millet into oblique slices, and put them all into the basin for later use.
4. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add a spoonful of salt and a little vegetable oil. After the water is boiled, add the broad beans, push them a few times with a spoon and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. When the broad beans are ripe, take them out and put them in the pot.

Add a little cooking oil to another pot, add onion and minced garlic, stir fry, add broad beans, stir fry a few times, pour in red pepper, continue to stir fry evenly, then pour in a spoonful of bean paste, a spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of sugar, half a spoonful of chicken essence and a little pepper, and stir fry over high fire for one minute.
