Pork meatballs soup practice ?
Grind 500 grams of plum blossom meat and add one egg.
Add a small amount of chicken essence.
Add 2 small spoons of cornstarch.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce. (It's okay to leave it out if you don't have a buddy).
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cooking wine. (I forgot to take a picture of adding the wine)
2 tsp salt. (Adjust the amount according to the saltiness)
Mix well clockwise or counterclockwise.
After it gets strong, add 2 tbsp of warm water and stir again to get strong. Repeat 3 times.
Chop a piece of green onion into the puree and mix well. (If you like ginger, you can chop some ginger and put it in.)
After mixing well, lift up the mashed meat and drop it in a bowl for a while, so that the balls will be much stronger.
Seasoned meat puree.
Put the meat into your hands and squeeze out the meatballs.
Water in the pot to boil, cut a few slices of ginger, put some pepper grains, change the small fire, boil good pills into the pot, pills all boiled, open the fire, until all the pills floated up, skimming clean floating powder, put salt and pepper, pour sesame oil, cut some parsley into a bowl, a bowl of pork meatballs soup can be on the table.
Doing a good job of bringing it to the table and just focusing on eating it, I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, you brainstormed it.
Tips
Cut some dried mushrooms in the meat puree, and boil out the balls to make them taste good.
When the meatballs are cooked, you can add your favorite vegetables in the pot to cook them.
