Steps
1.Supermarket-bought salmon, buy the chef to help slice it into 2cm-thick slices, then rinse it well at home, and use kitchen paper to wipe off any excess water.
2. Peel the skin and cut it into larger pieces. The meat in the belly part of the fish is more loose and has cracked.
3. Spread the chopped basil, rosemary and parsley, as well as the ground black pepper and salt, evenly over the top of the fish, then cover with cling film and leave to marinate for half an hour.
4. Prepare a small cube of granulated Angora butter.
5. Heat a pan and add the butter granules.
6. When the butter melts and gives a creamy flavor, add the marinated fish.
7. Turn the fish over when the meat underneath is set, the salmon will cook easily, and you can see the meat change color.
8. Remove from the pan, arrange on a plate and squeeze a little tomato sauce on it.
Tips
1, do not cut too thin slices of fish, it is easy to spread, the best 2-3CM thick.
2, fried fish oil is very good, do not throw away oh, this is the essence!
