2. Chemotherapy
(1) preoperative and intraoperative chemotherapy: chemotherapy such as (5Fu, 500 ~ 750 mg daily, intravenous drip) can be used 3 days before operation (including surgery) and 2 days after operation to reduce the metastasis of cancer cells during operation. Abdominal chemotherapy should be added to lung cancer above T3 after operation to reduce the postoperative abdominal metastasis rate.
(2) Patients with postoperative or advanced lung cancer should be given chemotherapy to prolong the survival time and improve the 3-5 year survival rate.
3. Immunoenhancement therapy: Lentinus edodes polysaccharide, Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide and Streptomyces are all nonspecific immunoenhancers, and cytokine delivery therapy represented by interleukin -Z can improve patients' symptoms, improve their quality of life and prolong their survival time.
4. Anti-cancer Chinese medicine treatment can be used as one of the comprehensive treatment measures, which is suitable for some patients who are not suitable for surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or postoperative recurrence.
