Ingredients
200 grams of spinach, 1 handful of enoki mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
How to do it
1. Cut the spinach into pieces; cut the enoki mushrooms into pieces; and slice the garlic.
2. Take a non-stick pan and put oil in it, then pop the garlic slices.
3. Add enoki mushrooms, spinach and seasonings and stir-fry well to serve.
