Characteristics of wild spinach

Born in Shan Ye or wet roadside, distributed in northeast, southeast coastal areas, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places, also known as fake spinach, coastal Rumex, and coastal sheep's hoof, the roots are thick and reddish brown, the stems are upright, 30 to 80 cm high, brown or reddish brown, with grooves and branches, and the lower leaves of the stems are oval or lanceolate, 8 to 20 cm long and 2 to 5 cm wide, with sharp tips.
