Practice steps:
Step 1: After removing impurities, wash the mushrooms with clear water.
Step 2, cut each washed mushroom into four small pieces.
Step 3, cut the onion and red pepper into small pieces, and slice the garlic for later use.
Step 4, stir-fry the wok, heat the cooking oil, stir-fry the garlic slices, add the mushrooms and stir-fry to get juice.
Step 5, add onion and red pepper and stir fry.
Step 6, add a proper amount of salt and a little chicken essence and stir well.
Step 7, thicken with a little water starch, pour in a little sesame oil and mix well.
