Beans are easier to cook than potatoes. Therefore, when stewing beans with potatoes, you need to add the potatoes first and then the beans.
Potato stewed with beans
Ingredients: 400g potatoes, 400g pork, 500g beans
Accessories: 3g oyster sauce, 5g pepper, oil 10 grams, 4 grams of salt, 8 grams of green onions
Method:
①First, wash the potatoes and beans.
② Then, slice the meat into slices and break the potatoes into pieces with a knife.
③ Heat the oil in the wok, fry the pepper until fragrant, stir-fry the meat until it changes color, and pour in about 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
④Add potato cubes and stir-fry.
⑤Add water, salt and oyster sauce at the same time, until the water is level with the vegetables.
⑥Place the beans on the potatoes, cover them, boil the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes mix the beans and potatoes.
⑦Finally, add chopped green onion and stir evenly.
