Secondly, I began to exercise. I strengthen my physical fitness by running, skipping rope, sit-ups and dumbbell training. I exercise at least 1 hour every day, 5-6 days a week.
In addition, I also ensured adequate sleep. Ensure 7-8 hours of sleep every night to avoid fatigue affecting weight loss.
After a month of hard work, I found that I had lost 20 Jin, from 80kg to 60kg. I feel very excited and proud, and at the same time I am healthier and more confident.
