2. Take a wonton skin and lay it flat on the palm of your hand. Take a proper amount of meat stuffing with chopsticks and put it in the center of wonton skin.
3. Fold the wonton skin diagonally and pinch the corners.
4. Press the meat stuffing with your middle finger.
5. Fold and pinch the two corners.
Precautions:
Jiaozi flour with high gluten can be used to make wonton skin, and adding a small amount of alkaline flour can make wonton skin smoother.
The ratio of fat to fat in meat stuffing is preferably 3: 7 or 4: 6. If you have too much lean meat, you can add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, or you can mix the types of meat and vegetables at will according to your preference. Pork can be replaced by fish, shrimp and chicken, and vegetables can be added or not.
