How to use an electric pressure cooker for cooking
You cannot cook with electric pressure.
When cooking food, the electric pressure cooker must be closed. During the heating process, the lid must not be opened midway to prevent the food from exploding and scalding people. Do not remove the weight or pressure regulating device before confirming the cooling, so as not to injure people by spraying out food. The lid should be opened only after natural cooling or forced cooling.
Electric pressure cookers are not suitable for cooking, as you can avoid scratching the inside of the pot with a spatula. When using an electric pressure cooker, do not use sharp instruments such as knives, scissors, shovels, etc. to shovel the inside and outside of the pot appropriately. Otherwise, the pot will easily deform into a convex and concave shape, or cause horizontal and vertical scratches from the shovel, which will damage the protective layer.
