Flour, water and chopsticks are used to make the batter.
Step 1: Pour a small amount of water into a pot, depending on how much batter you want to make.
Step 2: Slowly pour about one-third of the flour into the water, stirring with chopsticks as you do so.
Step 3: Stir with a little pressure and in one direction.
Step 4: Stir until the flour is completely blended into the water and you can't see any lumps of flour, then turn down the heat.
Step 5: Keep stirring in one direction to avoid making a mess.
Step 6: Turn off the heat when the flour has become a paste that can be picked up by chopsticks.
Step 7: Separate the chopsticks, and you can clearly see the paste is pulling phenomenon, it means the paste is finished.
