1. Prepare the ingredients first: 40G of mung bean vermicelli
One onion
One tomato, some raw peppers (whether you like spicy food)
< p>Amount of seafood (prepare whatever you like, such as shrimpsquid, etc.)
minced pork (optional or not) small celery
chopped green onion
p>Cilantro
Seasoning: sugar, fish sauce or light soy sauce
Fresh lime (put about 2 if you want it sour)
2. Soak mung bean vermicelli in water for about 30 minutes in advance
Cut onions and tomatoes into slices, cut green onion, coriander, celery and pepper into small sections
Put them into a large container
3. Boil a large pot of water until it boils. Add the soaked mung bean vermicelli and blanch until cooked. Place it in a container filled with cold water to cool.
Put seafood and other foods into it. Boil it in a hot water pot
, then cool it in a cold water container. Drain the water from the vermicelli and seafood and put it into a container with tomatoes and onions
Add sugar, Fish sauce (or light soy sauce), squeeze out the juice from fresh lime and mix well, put it into a dish and stir it, and it is ready to eat
