Method:
1. Pour 200g of quicklime powder into cold boiled water, stir evenly, and let the mixture settle into layers.
2. Put the ice powder seeds into a filter gauze bag and rinse them with clean water first.

5. Take the precipitated lime water, pour the upper part of the clear water into the ice powder slurry, stir evenly, stir until the ice powder slurry is semi-solidified, and then put it in the refrigerator for about 2 seconds. Wait about an hour until completely solidified.
6. Scoop a spoonful of prepared ice powder into a small bowl and mash it with a spoon.
7. Rinse the brown sugar with warm water, cool it, and pour it into the ice powder.
8. Sprinkle a little dried osmanthus and mix well, add some ice cubes, it is delicious. You can also add some chopped nuts, dried fruits and other ingredients when eating.
