Braised beef brisket
Spicy and delicious, can be served with rice or noodles
Ingredients: Beef brisket, Pixian bean paste, homemade spicy bean paste, ginger slices , garlic, bay leaves, star anise, rock sugar, braised soy sauce, dried hawthorn.
Steps:
Step 1, cut the beef brisket into pieces, soak for a while, change the water several times
Step 2, put it in cold water Add the beef brisket and prepare to blanch it
Step 3: Drain the water after blanch and set aside
Step 4: Add ginger, garlic, star anise and bay leaves and stir-fry
Step 5, add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat
Step 6, add beef brisket and stir-fry until browned
Step 7, add two kinds of bean paste and continue Stir-fry evenly
Step 8. Coat the beef brisket with seasonings and stir-fry over medium heat
Step 9. Add a spoonful of braised soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
Step 10, stir-fry everything evenly, then pour the soup and meat into the casserole, add four or five hawthorns
Step 11, add enough water to cover the beef brisket, and bring to a boil
Step 12, lower the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes until the beef brisket is soft and glutinous
Step 13, the delicious braised beef brisket is ready
Tips:
Because there are two kinds of bean paste, the salt content is more suitable, so there is no more salt in the whole process. If you have a heavy mouth, you can add a little more salt during stewing.
