How to make fungus dip
Ingredients: 1 small handful of black fungus, 5 grams of Ajisai soy sauce, 10 grams of vinegar, 5 grams of Lee Kum Kee's soy sauce, a few drops of sesame oil.
Steps:
Soak the fungus in water.
Put the soaked fungus in a pot of hot water and blanch it, then fish it out immediately.

Mix the dipping sauce.
Pour in Aji Fresh Soy Sauce, Cold Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish Soy Sauce in order, and finally dot a few drops of sesame oil. (The soy sauce itself has a salt flavor, so you don't need to add salt to the dipping sauce)
The fungus can be dipped into the dipping sauce and eaten.
