80 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese (I didn’t buy it, so I used pizza cheese bought at Jusco Island instead. OK, the ingredients are all ready and the dough is almost fermented. Enter the final stage:

1. Take out the dough, roll it into a round shape, and place it on the pizza plate to rest for 10 minutes. When the dough is completely rested, use your hands. Push and push until the pizza plate is covered and formed into a pie. Pay a little attention to the edges, push them up, and poke holes in the dough with toothpicks.

2. Apply the pizza sauce to the dough, but don’t wipe the edges. After spreading it, spread some shredded cheese, about 10-15 grams.

3. Then, except for the remaining shredded cheese and tomato slices, spread all the other prepared ingredients on the pie crust (the edges of the pie crust can be brushed with egg wash).

4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the PIZZA in the middle and lower layers of the oven at 200 degrees. Heat it up and down for 15 minutes. Take it out. Place the tomato slices and remaining shredded cheese on top. Place the pizza in the oven for about 5 minutes. The cheese shreds are gone.
