Put the diced garlic into the pot, cover and continue to cook for about 20 minutes.

For those who like dipping sauce, pour a small dish of sweet-tasting soy sauce, cut the small red chili pepper into chili rings and mince the garlic cloves and put them into the soy sauce.

Tips

The chops can be long ribs or baby chops, whatever you like, but choose thicker ribs. Be sure to use low heat to simmer, high heat will only age the meat, low heat and slow simmering will make the meat become crispy and soft.

Add mushrooms, bok choy and halved tofu puffs if you like.

The meat and bone tea packet is not limited to the one I used, I just found this one to be more to my liking and very similar to the one I had in Singapore, so you can try other brands as well. Usually you don't need to add salt with the packet because it already has salt in it, please refer to the instructions on the back of the packet. You can test the flavor before serving and add salt or pepper as appropriate to your taste.

Personally, I think the pork bone tea soup is very tasty, and you can add more water if you like soup.

After turning off the heat, if the soup is not all served out, do not leave the packet in the pot, the packet of herbs soaked for a long time will make the soup bitter.

If you have doughnuts, I have to bow down to you here! You are so awesome! I want doughnuts too. Doughnuts cut into small pieces, soaked in the broth of pork bone tea to eat, meat cutlets fished out, dipped in soy sauce on rice to eat, if you do not like spicy can skip the small red chili.
