I haven't fried hemp leaves for many years. I don't know why I suddenly want to blow them up myself. I have to take them back to my mother to taste. When they are fried, I will take them to my mother by car. After tasting it, she said, it tastes good. My brother said so. It smells like childhood memories, but the small hemp chips remind us of happy childhood.
I made two varieties today, salty and sweet.
Flour 300g, sugar 20g, salt 3g, black sesame 15g, white sesame 10g, and proper amount of water.
Add salt, black sesame seeds and sugar to flour, knead into dough, cover with wet cloth and wake for 20 minutes.
Add white sesame seeds to flour, add sugar water and knead into dough. Wake up for 20 minutes.
Knead the dough evenly and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Roll it into thin slices.
Cut into rectangular pieces, cut the square piece vertically from the middle and make a hole. (Don't cut to the end)
Pull one end of the dough sheet from the opening to make hemp leaves.
Another kind of sweet dough is also smooth and rolled into thin dough.
Cut the spaghetti into the Yangtze River Delta in the same way.
Add oil to the pot, add hemp leaves to 60% heat and fry until golden brown.
This kind of snack was delicious when we were young. Crispy and sesame-scented. It tastes delicious now.
Crispy hemp leaves were fried. Crispy sesame leaves are delicious and can be eaten as snacks.
