Steps
1. Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in water
2. Cut the ribs into sections
3. Cut the fried tofu into strips
4. Put the ribs into the tagine pot, add an appropriate amount of cold water, boil and remove the floating residue
5. Pour the soaked vermicelli into it
6. Spread the fried tofu on top
7. Cover the lid
