I wrote this recipe based on Xiao Wang's description of the taste of their baked corn. The practice is simple!

Mi Bao 2 Bangzi
A spoonful of Korean Chili sauce
A teaspoon of cumin powder
Two tablespoons sesame oil
A spoonful of white sesame seeds
A little water is used to melt the sauce.
Practice of baking corn in oven
When the corn is ripe, peel it off (the corn must be washed clean)
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and evenly mix the above materials except corn into a paste that can be applied.
Pad the baking tray with tin foil, put the corn and brush the sauce!
Bake in the oven for 10 minute, take it out and play with some sauce, turn it over and bake for 10 minute.
