Take a piece of fondant and roll it into a thin slice with a rolling pin, and then press it out with a circular die, which is preferably 0.5- 1 cm larger than the mouth of the cake.
Then use the scraper as a ruler, and this small hob with teeth draws lines along the scraper.
After painting, gently move the wafer to the surface of the cake with a knife, and gently arrange the surrounding area with your fingertips to make it smooth.
Let's start making roses. Take a small piece of fondant, add a pink pigment, and then roll the color evenly, or knead it evenly by hand, and prepare a little white oil to prevent sticking.
Take a little of the pink fondant to make a flower heart, and rub it into a water drop shape as shown in the figure by hand.
Then take a small piece of pink fondant, the size of large soybean, and roll it into a fan-shaped piece to make petals. When rolling, roll it horizontally and then vertically.
Roll the petals a little more, so that they can be dried, and then gently press them back and forth with a spherical rod, so that the petals will be more realistic.
Take a petal and wrap it around the heart first.
Then the petals are made in a cross way. At the beginning of integration, the petals must not be too soft. The shape will be better if they are dried a little.
Make a green fondant in the same way. Just take a small piece and press it directly into the shape of a leaf with a leaf mold. If the leaf mold is relatively large, just press the top one, and then pinch the back with your hands.
When combining, press a small hole on the top of the cake with a spherical stick, then put the flowers on it and decorate it with leaves.
