2. The rice must be mixed well. If the rice sticks into a ball or is spread too thick on the baking tray, it will not be easy to dry and cannot be fried. As the picture shows, the uncooked rice crust in the upper right corner is not completely dried.

3. After the cooked uncooked crispy rice is cooled, it can be directly fried and eaten, or poured with juice to make other crispy rice dishes.
