Ingredients:
Udon noodles, fish balls, curry pieces, potatoes, carrots, onions, small vegetables, poached eggs, minced garlic (small amount)
Practice:
1, fry a single-sided poached egg for later use.
2. Leave the bottom of the pot with oil, minced garlic and onion and saute until fragrant.
3. Add potatoes, diced carrots and stir well.
4. Pour in hot water, cook curry blocks and fish balls for about 5 minutes, and add a spoonful of soy sauce to taste.
5. Add udon noodles (coarse noodles) and small vegetables, cook for 2 minutes, and sprinkle some black sesame seeds with poached eggs.
