First, peel the lettuce you bought.
It's not that hard. Lettuce skin should be peeled from bottom to top. That is, from the root to the tip. Remove the hard skin and thick skin on the outside. This is common sense.
Second, rinse with tap water.
Because there will be dust in the peeling process, it is safer to wash it clean.
After washing, put it in the frame to control the water.
Third, cut the lettuce into thick strips.
You can cut the lettuce into sections first, then split it in the middle, and then cut it into thick strips, which will be very crisp when pickled.
Cut some ginger.
Fourth, put a layer of lettuce strips in the pot, sprinkle a little salt and stir by hand, then continue to add lettuce in the same way, sprinkle salt and stir again, and pickle all lettuce in the same way.
Pickled lettuce can be put aside for more than 10 hour.
Fifth, burn the juice.
Fire, boil the water in the pot, add a small amount of peanut oil, pay attention to control the amount of oil, you can put more greasy and less disliked. Put a handful of pepper granules and stir-fry them to give a fragrance.
Sixth, stir-fry shredded ginger. Pepper and shredded ginger can be picked out or left in the pot.
Add soy sauce. If you don't like it too salty, you can add some water. Be careful to boil it all. Be sure to boil it.
Just put the lettuce strips in a container and pour the juice on them. Just cooling the juice.
