Sugar and water were mixed and boiled at 32℃ to obtain 22 ml sugar juice.

Mix egg yolk with sugar and stir until the color turns white. After that, heat the milk and put it into the mixture of egg yolk and sugar. Bring to a boil with low heat while stirring until it thickens.

Mix mashed potatoes with raw paste, add it into (1) treatment solution, and then treat it with ice cream machine to make the finished product.
