Ingredients: 5 hairtail;
Accessories: 2 eggs, 20g flour, 5g salt and 5g thirteen spices.
Practice steps:
1. After the hairtail is thawed, remove the head and tail, cut off the internal organs and rinse.
2. Cut into hairtail segments of appropriate size.
3. Add salt, mix the thirteen spices evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes (you can also add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, which is not available at home, so I didn't add it this time).
4. Preheat the electric baking pan first, and then pour in proper amount of peanut oil.
5. Both sides of the pickled hairtail section are coated with flour.
6. Then coat both sides with egg liquid.
7. Put the octopus covered with egg liquid into the preheated electric baking pan, fry one side until golden brown, and then fry the other side.
8. After both sides are golden, serve on a plate.
