Exercise:
1, chop leeks and peel boiled eggs.
2. Add water to the pot, add three bean bubbles and boil.
3. Add a proper amount of soy sauce to the pot and simmer the soup.
4. Take another pot and boil water. After washing the cabbage, blanch it with boiling water and take it out for later use. Cook the cooked Chinese cabbage with a proper amount of noodles.
5. After the noodles are cooked, remove them from a large bowl, remove the beans and put them into a bowl. Add the eggs, boiled Chinese cabbage and chopped green onion.
6. Add mushroom essence and sesame oil to the cooked soup pot and pour it into a big bowl with this hot soup.
