10ml shrimp paste, 5ml corn oil, 50ml seasoning water
1. Take 2 spoons of fermented shrimp paste and add shredded ginger.
2. Add three pheasants and a little chopped green onion.
3. Drop in an appropriate amount of corn oil and stir evenly. In order to prevent it from being too salty, I added some water.
4. Boil water in a steamer, add shrimp paste, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
