Ingredients: 800g of potato, 5g of salt, 8g of edible oil, 20g of oil (fried), 0.5 onion, 8g of soy sauce, 5g of black pepper powder 1g, 5g of pepper powder, 5g of cumin powder, proper amount of white sesame, and parsley 1 root.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Small potatoes are peeled and cut into pieces. Add a little water to the potato pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at high temperature 10- 15 minutes.
If there are no small potatoes, you can use large potatoes instead and cut them into small pieces. The power of the microwave oven is different, maybe the time is not exactly the same. Just poke it with chopsticks and the potatoes can penetrate. There is no microwave oven to cook directly with water.

Take out the potatoes and pour off the excess water. Add salt and oil and stir well.
