Ingredients
Two corns, six mushrooms, half a catty of ribs, half a catty of ribs
Method
1. Wash the ribs Make a pot with cold water, boil it and skim off the blood foam. Soak the mushrooms.
2. Transfer the ribs to a casserole and add cold water. Add enough water at one time.
3. Add cooking wine, scallion sauce and boiling water, then add corn and shiitake mushrooms. After high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add some salt before serving.
