1. Ingredients: 1000g carp; ingredients: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce, appropriate amount of coriander.
2. Method: Wash the carp you bought, and then use a knife to cut a few holes on its body. Coat the fish with refined salt, and then place the green onion and ginger segments in the belly of the fish. Then put the fish on the fish plate, and put the green onions under the fish. Then steam it in a pot. After steaming for 10 minutes, take out the fish plate to control the moisture. Steam in the pot for 6 minutes. Then pour the seafood soy sauce on top of the steamed carp. After adding the seafood soy sauce, place the chopped green onion, ginger and coriander on the fish. Heat the oil until it is about 70% hot, then pour the oil on the fish. Ready to eat.
