Jasper Bamboo Shoots, Tofu and Fish Fillet Soup

Bamboo Shoots 1 stalk ?Fish fillet 300g
Tofu 1 small piece
Wine 1 tbsp
Scallion 3pcs
Ginger 2 slices
Garlic 3 cloves
Pepper in moderation
Method of Tomato, Tofu and Fish Fillet Soup ?
Marinate the fish with cooking wine, pepper and salt for half an hour after filleting.
To save time you can buy already filleted hot pot fish fillets without spines.
