Six okra roots
Half a garlic

How to ice garlic okra?
First, boil water in a pot, put all the okra into it, and cook for two minutes (not too long, it is easy to be too soft). Immediately after draining the okra, put it in ice water or cold water (drinking water is needed), let it stand for about two minutes, drain the water, and pour out the cold water. The okra indicates that the plastic wrap is added and the dishes are put in the refrigerator.

Tips
