Crayfish can be eaten overnight.
It is daily recommended that crayfish should be eaten within 1-2 hours after preparation. If the crayfish is not completely eaten, seal it and store it in the refrigerator. Heat it overnight and cook it. You can continue to eat it, but leaving it for a long time may cause the taste and flavor to deteriorate and the nutrients to be lost. Selection of crayfish:
1. Season: The best time to eat crayfish is from May to October. The meat is yellow and full of fat, and even the three segments on the big claws are made from scratch. The elastic teeth and snow muscles are stuffed to the end.
2. Color: Check whether the crayfish is in clear or muddy water. If you look at the back, it is bright red and clean, which is acceptable. Then open it and look at the villi on its abdomen and the vellus hair on its claws. If it is White and neat, they are basically raised by clean water.
3. Size: We try to buy lobsters that have just grown up. If they are too small, they are tasteless after all. Touch its shell with your hands. The hard ones are undoubtedly old, like fingernails. The ones that are also elastic only change their shells when they grow up, so we have to buy soft shells.
