As far as I know
1. Prepare ingredients: dried dictyophora, chicken, red dates, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine and salt.
2. Soak Dictyophora indusiata: Put dried Dictyophora indusiata into a bowl, add appropriate amount of warm water and soak for 30 minutes until Dictyophora indusiata softens. Then cut off the induration at the tail of Dictyophora dictyophora and wash it for later use.
3. Cook chicken soup: cut the chicken into pieces, put it in a pot, add ginger slices, onion segments and cooking wine, add enough water, and simmer for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and soft.
4. Add Dictyophora indusiata: Put the soaked Dictyophora indusiata into the chicken soup and continue to stew for 10 minute.
5. Seasoning: add appropriate amount of salt, stir well, and sprinkle chopped green onion before taking out the pot.
