Prepare materials, greeting card paper, colored paper, birthday candles, thread, scissors, glue.

Step 1, first of all, find a beautiful greeting card paper, color on your own choice, as bright as possible.

Step 2, then cut the colored paper to look like the cups of this cupcake, and cut the pink paper to look like an oval.

Step 3, then glue it like this to the top of the greeting card paper, and then glue the small white round pieces as shown in the picture below.

Step 4, then follow the previous step and glue the birthday candle on top of the greeting card.
