Pumpkin dough: cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam it. Take 100g of pumpkin puree and let it cool. Add 2 grams of yeast to a small amount of warm water. 200 grams of flour. Mix the three, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap or a pan lid and ferment.
Cocoa dough: 100g water. Heat and melt the brown sugar. Let cool and add 2g of yeast. Pour the yeast water into 200g of flour ? 8g of cocoa powder ? A little powdered milk in a bowl, mix and knead the dough. Wait for fermentation. You can leave the milk powder out if you don't have it.
Original Dough: the most basic way to make buns. The white color is used more, so I used 400 grams of flour. 4 grams of yeast added 200 grams of warm milk or lukewarm water. Pour it into the flour bowl and pour it slowly, stirring with chopsticks while pouring. Knead by hand. Knead into a smooth dough. Strawberry-flavored dough: There are no strawberries in this season, so the most natural strawberry juice can only be given up. I used strawberry powder and added 100g of hot water to melt it. Let it warm up and add 2 grams of yeast. Pour into 200g of flour and knead.
All the dough, you can add some sugar, and yeast together. You can shorten the fermentation time. I only added it to the plain dough. And, the plain dough was kneaded first. So, the plain dough fermented too fast! I had to put the slow fermenting cocoa dough and strawberry dough in the oven to ferment.
If you have time, or if you have two people to make it. You can make some more spinach, purple potatoes and carrots. (The leaves for the strawberries look better with spinach, but I'm doing it alone and I don't have time to make spinach dough, so I have to use cocoa-colored leaves instead)
