Practice of stewing pig's trotters in electric pressure cooker
The way is as follows:
1. Chop the solved pig's trotters into your favorite size (generally, people who sell them will make you feel better, hahaha), put them in boiling water for two or three minutes, remove the white foam plastic from the sea, take them out and put them in an electric pressure cooker to dry.
2. Put peanuts or soybeans together in a pressure cooker, drain the water, and add a fennel, a star anise and a little salt. If you like peppers, you can add two or three small dried peppers.
3. Select the "soup making" program flow on the electric pressure cooker. If you like stew very much, you can choose the program flow of "beans/hooves".
4. When the indicator light shows emerald green information, the pot is cooked, the valve comes down, the lid is opened, and a small amount of monosodium glutamate is added.
